Schedule an Appointment
Existing Mountainlands patients can now use the self-scheduling tool using the athenaPatient Mobile App. If you are a new patient, please call our office at 801-429-2000 to schedule your initial visit
Using the athenaPatient Mobile App

Log in: Open the app and log in using your Patient Portal credentials.

Navigate to Visits: Tap the Visits icon in the lower-left corner of the navigation menu.

Start Scheduling: Tap the Book Visit or Schedule Appointment button (or tap the floating calendar icon in the bottom-right corner).

Select Details: Choose your preferred healthcare provider, clinic location, and appointment reason.

Pick a Time: Select an available date and time slot that fits your schedule.

Submit: Enter any brief notes required by the clinic (like the reason for the visit) and tap Submit.
