Additional Resources

In addition to the many resources available to you at Mountainlands Community Health Center, there are other resources that may be beneficial to you.  The following is a list of recommended resources:
Association for Utah Community Health
The Association for Utah Community Health (AUCH), formed in 1985, is the voice of Utah’s Health Centers and their patients. As the Primary Care Association in Utah AUCH cultivates access to primary healthcare for everyone throughout our diverse state. Our organization represents over 40 not-for-profit community clinics who provide quality healthcare services including medical, dental, and behavioral health, particularly for low-to-moderate income, uninsured or underinsured Utahns who might otherwise not have access to healthcare.
Community Health Connect
The mission of Community Health Connect is to improve access to quality health and dental care for low-income uninsured men, women, and children in Utah County. We accomplish this goal through the coordination of a Volunteer Provider Network, providing health education and maximizing existing community resources.
Intermountain Community Care Foundation
The Intermountain Community Care Foundation exists to support Intermountain’s identified health priorities, improve access to healthcare services, and increase healthy behaviors for low-income, uninsured or medically-underserved populations in Utah and southern Idaho.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
Food Stamps (also known as “SNAP” – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) provides food assistance to low-income individuals and households through an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card known as the Horizon Card. You can apply online or at the Department of Workforce Services office.
Food & Care Coalition
The mission of the Food & Care Coalition is to alleviate hunger and diminish the plights of poverty for those who enter our doors. Our primary objectives include finding suitable housing, teaching financial accountability, facilitating an elevation in personal morals and values, and helping each patron achieve their full potential.
