• Persons who qualify for Family Employment Program (FEP) (formerly Aid to Families with Dependent Children-AFDC)
• Persons in families who are not covered under FEP may qualify for "medical assistance only," depending on their circumstances
• Those who qualify for Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Other people who are disabled, blind, over age 65 or under age 18 may be qualified if they have limited incomes and resources
• Pregnant women who meet program requirements
